The sterling silver Butter clam Anklet is 10 inches long with a 1 1/2 inch extension dangle chain attached with a mini heart charm! This would be a nice fit for one with a larger ankle. The extension chain allows for adjustments.

The Butter Clam sterling silver charm is .8mil thickness and has the artists' initials "LD" on the back with the words "Butter Clam". Medium size drop charm that is 7/8inch x 5/8inch.
